Tips to live your dreams.

The last four years Ive worked diligently, to make my life how I've dreamed.

I am beginning to taste the fruits of my labors.

They're pretty tasty I might add.

I am currently beginning an all summer road trip and adventure.

Why? Because is possible. :)

I am grateful. I am learning to think for myself. Without any social norms, what ifs, or "shoulds."

It's pretty fun:)

I feel like I'm defying so many ideas I once believed.

This is the happiest I've ever been.

Tips on how I live the life I'm living:
1. I live on a ridiculously structured budget.
a. Weigh between a luxury and a need.
2. When I have a desire, I find a way to make it happen.
3. I talked to God a lot. I bring all my plans to Him, and he helps and directs me.
4. Weigh my excuses/reality, with possibilities.
a. "IF I could make this happen, how would I do it?" Then I follow the plan to make it happen.
5. I professionally train my mind. I'm sure your life is awesome and exactly how you dreamed of, but if not I 'd recommend checking out Danijohnson.com.

Happy Dreaming,

Where do you turn when sad?

I saw a man, body battered by drugs, I couldn't help but think, could the medicine, been love?

Where do you turn when you need healing love? An addiction, something bandaid; or Heaven above?

So many people hurting, at the end of their rope. Searching, still searching, for that glimmer of hope.

It's there through the darkness, I've see it, it's real. That hope; we're ok guys, our deep wounds can heal.

Turn from false medicines, sins and voodoo. And reach for your maker, He knows what to do.

You can be joyful,
Dreamer Di

You ready to go get it?

Persistence, and we will reach our destination.

I am beginning to sift out what holds me from my dreams.

Perfecting the art and law of focus. Taking everything out of the picture that does not support the ultimate goal.

I'm realizing how much faith and trust this takes.

But I'm at a point now, where I'd rather give all and be in, then die a life of regret.

A toast to this adventurous chapter.

Does your environment support or destroy your dreams?

How do you feel about your environment?

If your environment influenced who you'd become, would you you be happy with that?

Have you ever TRULY thought about what you want, and if where you're at, is REALLY going to get you there?

I'm not saying everything has to be perfect for success. But what if, who you hung out with, and where you spent time, really DID influence you?

If you changed your environment to the frequency you've been wanting, what if that changed your entire world, of possibilities and success?

Are you your worst critic?

Good morning my dear friends.

What do your eyes see? How are they focused?

Are they focused on the negative? They point out everything that's wrong? What needs to change?

Or are they focused on the light, what's good, productive and how you're progressing?

My eyes are full of mud.

Finding a healthy balance between seeing faults and progress is wise.

Your eyes see what your mind believes.

To love one soul means to love many more

Oh, the beauty of a soul.

What if it was possible to hold each person in our hand? Smile, and blow them as a dandelion, to fly happily on.

When filled with love, you can't help but share it.

Can you imagine if that one person, full of love, truly loved, even one soul, a day? And the pattern continued on?

A domino effect would take place. What a cute set of loving dominos!!! ;)~

The world is a beautiful place.
Fill it with love,

What to bring on a journey to sea

Listen to this as you read :)
http://Youtu.be/rm15NTuBPdo

What to bring, what to bring?

What do you bring on a journey to sea? Some faith, hope and joy, sounds wise, to me.

To survive at sea, man and run this ship, knowledge complied for years...
now to publish it.

You push off the harbor, the rope, no more slack. You've made a decision, there's no turning back.

Music is important, that I shall bring. Some clothes, hats, and bedding...
comfort type things.

A journal, a pencil, a map, an old phone. Some food, games, a bible, when I feel alone.

I'll lay on this deck, in peace, watching stars. This journey, oh journey, is His...
mine and ours.

Have a good imagination?

Have a good imagination?

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a dock. Looking over the brown wooden edge, into the dark blue water.

To your right is a boat, a beautiful sail boat. Shiny, with tan wooden decks.

Ahead you know storms could toss you. But anticipation is on the tip if your tongue through your belly.

You've danced with the unknown before, but never to this degree.

The island envisioned , with its soft white sand and green mountain path is what drives you.

How to get there and where to find it, is up to the wind and sail.

The island is calling you.

Journey on,

Routine to peace

Routine routine routine

I have never really enjoyed it. Too restrictive sometimes. But I have started to like it.

I have found that as I plan out my day and get the important stuff done first, I can relax and enjoy the rest of the day. :)

I also have found that mornings are so fun. I was up at 445 this morning and have accomplished so much, and it's only 745.

Love it.

I've had a couple days where I've finished everything so fast, that I've been almost uncomfortable with how much free time I have. Ha

Planning ahead is what brings peace. How do you know what to plan?? Talk to God about it. He's a cool dude and has good ideas:)

It's taken some time to refine what's really important to me. Still workin on it.

Time is a blessing, use it wisely:)

The sacred ground I leave behind

Listen to this song as you read.
http://youtu.be/B2efLXtL5xo

Blessing the ground I am leaving behind.

Today is a really sacred day for me. When climbing your mountain towards your destiny, you will meet moments when you must leave the old behind and press forward to the new.

Old is not bad. Old can be beautiful.

I have focused on prospering where I'm planted. The moment has came where I have been given permission to move on.

The way has peacefully and graciously been opened for me.

No pushing or pulling necessary. The Lord has parted the sea for me.

I am going to research myself, find what I did or said or changed in my heart for this miracle to happen.

I am in a reverence today to bless the ground I leave behind. And the doors I am peacefully and in deep love and gratitude shutting behind me.

My heart is full. My time is precious. I am open.

I am in reverence today to bless my future ground. To bless each door that will open in front of me. I respect these doors, old and new. I respect these ground.

Anything is possible to those who believe.

The fire in your soul:)

Good morning my beautiful friends.

I read a quote today, "Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going."

How true is that!!! Sometimes the fire we burned with early on can become dim and just a kindle. It takes persistence and power to keep the fire burning.

Searching for fire wood or fanning the flame takes work, hard work sometimes.

I've even had moments when only smoke was to be seen, not knowing if coals were even smoldering underneath.

Hope has dangled by a thread before. But miraculously, through determination and continuing good habits, the flame rekindles and we keep moving.

I hope you find what your fire needs, to ignite the flame of passion in your dreams and keep it burning.

I think I might write a song about this...

I believe in you and know you can do it,

Next step in Health

There's something I take pride in about myself.

I've never been scared to dig deep inside, and find things that need to change.

I am facing what's false, instead of trying to fill the holes with some form of addiction.

Yeah, its a holistic approach, doing personal assessments, taking responsibility for what you find and doing something about it.

But, I seem to have caught myself in a little hole. Nothing I can't get out of, of course.

I strangely enough actually enjoy challenges. For I gain strength in overcoming them. Makes life interesting, don't you think?

It'll be nice to get out of this hole though. I think I will start by changing my perception. Maybe dig a tunnel or something. ;)

But really though, I've tried a couple different things. Temporary relief, but I can feel there is more. Ill let you know what I find.

I'm looking at body chemistry and how much toxins and malnutrition is affecting people. Gunna talk to some experts about organic foods and vitamins and how you can feel when not voluntarily putting toxins in your body.

Wish me luck.

Scared to let go of your past?

I think I realized a key last night.

Why have I been struggling so hard to progress?

I've been scared to let go of my past. I think somewhere in my life I had learned the false belief that it wasn't safe to change, leave the past etc.

Ever thought about that? Are you scared to let go of what you have and are now? Unknown a little scary to face?

So I am searching how I can combat this.

This is what came in my moment of realization:
It is safe for me to let go of the past.
I am safe moving forward
I am safe in letting go of who I used to be

I am working on having these replace my old mindsets.

I've always been a curious person, Im excited to see what I can create when filled with faith not fear. :)

Freedom Anyone?

Continue the Race

Do you ever wonder why you have to experience certain things?

We've all been through tough patches in our lives. Times we could have made a better decision, took a different road or avoided some detours.

The question is, was there purpose in these experiences?

When I take a step back, I can piece together reasons why I have lived the life I've lived.

Experiences that make me stronger, gain determination and understanding more then the average person, who have never been in those situation etc. I am grateful for this.

But man, the process of turning a past hardship into a strength takes some serious work.

I feel I am in the middle of a Race. The finish line can sometimes be hard to see. But I will keep taking steps, for I trust the victory will be sweet and worth it.

I hope that you search for your own healing. God has really helped me here. Maybe you could talk to him about it.

Have a merry day :)

Live what you love.

Trying something new.

What if everything I love and love to do is exactly what will make me successful.

I'm just going to choose to believe that is true and continue to train in these specific areas.

I am a true believer in doing what you love. I am going to give myself some time, see if money will follow what I love.

What do you love? Ever thought of giving it a chance as your life, career and success?

I dare you to think about that.

Washing my brain:)

I had some break throughs this weekend.

I am going to experiment with something for the next couple weeks. Brain washing...

Yeah, that's right. Brain washing. Going to focus my attention and time to positive information.

For I found that my own fears and beliefs are cycling around my head and not benefiting me, but actually making me stagnant. (ewwww)

Solution: Fill my mind with different ideas. Not giving time for my negative thoughts to manifest.

What I'm doing:
-Studying DaniJohnson.com and her training. Which has really helped me find truth and possibilities.
-Studying good positive faith/action producing books
- Up my spiritual training and relationship with my friend God.
- Get enough sleep to have strength to accomplish my daily schedules and goals
- Reciting positive affirmations when negative try's to come it

And a couple more that's some of the run down.

How would it be if I didn't let fear in, and believed everything was for my good and I could do anything I put my mind to. Pretty darn good I can imagine.

We'll see how this goes.

What do you do to remain positive and moving?

I love you

Relief from pain

It feels kinda good to write you guys again. :)

This blog might get a little personal. Bare with me. Gentlemen, this might not be your fave in the beginning, but I swear there's a point.. :)

Menstral cycles, they happen, we're women. I'm really lucky mine are so mild compared to other ladies.

I only have cramps and symptoms one day a cycle, today was that day. I tried stretching, drinking water, midol, Tylenol, and even resorted to a Vicodin. Nothing helped.

I also had to work a 13 hour shift, where I do physical labor. Yeah...

About 4pm, I realized that the pain was finally gone. I sighed (out loud) with relief. I was sooo relieved and grateful I wasn't feeling pain anymore.

yada yada, so the point...

Sometimes life is hard, painful. Sometimes we don't understand why things have to hurt so bad. But I realized today, that the pain we feel only expands our ability to appreciate when we feel relief from the pain.

So if you are in pain, emotionally, mentally, physically etc. Don't give up. Relief is on it's way.

When you might say? My answer and Idea: Why don't you look for areas of relief in your life already? You might be surprised what forms of relief you'll find that already exist. Then as you learn to see it, appreciate it and hold on to those moments, you will begin to experience more peace and relief. I am experimenting with this right now.

Challenge: Experiment with things that make your life better :)

Word of the day: Flower <3

Ps. If you want me to write more blogs more often, I'm going to need some encouragement and your comments knowing your reading these.

You are one serious monkey....

Hey guys,

I know it has been a while since I have written you. Sorry about that, life sometimes gets busy.

I'm wondering if you ever feel the same way? Do you ever get too serious in life? Then get stuck there?

I understand there is a time and place to be looking at logistics and trying to cover the bases, cause lets be honest, if you don't look at it, it wont get done.

I feel like I am always in need and want of joy. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I work really hard to be happy. To be real, I experience joy from time to time, and I would say that over all I am a happy person. I work for what I want, surrounded by good people, eating well, accomplishing daily tasks and doing a good job where I'm at. But there is still something missing.

I am jus trying to figure out if I'm just being a pansy and need to get over it or if this is a world wide thing that is happening.

How do you feel?

Love Diana

I don't know if I have shared this music video?! The more I write music, I realize I haven't came to any specific genre I'd like to be labeled as.. You have people like Taylor swift, Bon jovi, Justin Beiber, Brittany Spears and many more. Did they pick a genre before they started creating music? or did it grow with them?

Become friends with me on Facebook!! I'd LOVE to connect with you! https://www.facebook.com/diana.flammer?ref=tn_tnmn
