Focus Protein

I must need more "focus protein" for my habit muscles.

Golly George man.... I am STRUGGLING today to stay on track! All I wanna do is take a nap and not think of ANYTHING important! Fridays seem to be my hardest day to push through with excellence. I get to the end of the week and want to throw everything in the garbage disposal then start over new on Monday after a fun relaxing weekend. This Friday thing seems to be a pattern, I run out of "focus fuel" Thursdays around 5pm. I gotta find a new way to refuel myself so I finish strong Fridayafternoon...

This reminds me that I'm strengthening a "new muscle," making my habits to stick, takes work.

Kapooey.

I'm going to go against how I feel and finish everything. If I die in the process.. I loved you... Haha ;)

Preparation

WOW. The more I work on my schedule and priorities I have learned something very important:

If I want to be prepared for the future, I can't make excuses, to not do the work now.

Ex: I was distracted a couple days (5 to be exact) in the last couple weeks and didn't get all my work done, work for $ I mean... So now I am 5 days short of income and feeling the stress and having the thought. "If I only would have worked those 5 days, I would be perfectly fine, feel relaxed and peaceful right now"

This taught me a lot actually. It is more then just money I can do this for. How many times in the future will I look back and say:
"If only I would have worked out Monday-Friday and stuck to my organic diet, I would not have cancer"
"If only I would have sang everyday, I might have gotten that gig"
"If only I would have spent more time with the people I love, for they are now gone"
"If only I would have figured out what was important to me, 20 years ago, I might not have destroyed what I love.

Pretty harsh but realistic realities.

Cause no matter what, when the future/moment comes, there is no more time for preparation. You either are prepared for that moment, or your not. Gosh it burns a little doesn't it? I am finishing everything on my list today that is TRULY important to me, and feeling happy about it, then I will do it again, tomorrow.

I am happy and feel I can do this each day that I keep trying. Routine has been so helpful for getting everything accomplished.  I'm soooo glad I learned this lesson with loosing a couple hundred dollars, instead of something far more important. Hope you can work diligently now, to not have regrets later. Much love my friends.

If you took even one step towards your destiny, you have been successful this day.  thanks to all my friends that have loved me through every level of change and will love me through all future transformations. Together we can create waves.

Fight For That Dream

Is there something you've always wanted to be? Always wanted to do? Always wanted to go? What happened to that?

Why do we give up on things like that?

With negativity, fear and doubt knocking at your door sometimes holding on to hope is a fight.

But, ever thought about not answering the door? Maybe changing your address? Tell the sucker you got a restraining order, and to never come back?

Seriously. You don't need no poopoo on your dreams, so don't let it in!

It's time to go back to what you dreamed of, and stand up for it. Pull the old hobby out of the closet, dust off those dancing shoes, plan a trip.

There is still time to live how you dreamed as a child. I believe you can do it. Believe in yourself, and miracles can happen.

I believe God has never given up on you, and never will. He should have given up on me a LONG time ago. But he's stuck with me... my truest friend. Ask him for help. He will guide you. He loves you, and wants you to be happy.

Let him bless you.

You can do this. You have to... Save your soul by living your desires. Do good, and be good.

Ways To Heal

Been working on different ways to heal.

One way is making sure I get enough sleep at night. For some reason I have had troubles sleeping lately.

I wake up, toss and turn and think.

Phooey, that’s all I can say to that.
Another way is writing. My brain processes really well as I focus it, through writing.

Another is foot zoning. It’s like reflexology connected with energy work. I have had great healing through foot zoning.

Even though healing hasn’t always been easy. I am today because of healing and working on becoming stronger and better.

Mastering Discipline

You know what’s crazy? Doing things even though we don’t feel like it. Mumble, mumble mumble.

I have a new routine I have started, and it has been interesting keeping to it.

Discipline will be a great skill to master. From any successful person I’ve studied, discipline is very important.

I’m self-employed now. I work from home. I have done pretty well with it. I am molding my time to how I want it to be. It is taking work for sure, but I will keep trying.

I am still trying to see what routine I like the best. I’ll keep experimenting. I have to have a routine, for if I am going to achieve my goals, I have to have a plan, to make it happen.

Routine,
Dreamer Di

Challenge: You can do this. Create a plan and move forward with your goals.

Words: Bleu cheese (I tried the nastiest/strongest bleu cheese in Ireland. The deli man had a pretty good laugh at my reaction. Normal bleu cheese isn’t that bad though.)

My Biggest Secret

I am feeling so much better since I’ve been focusing on healing.

This is my biggest secret to my weight release. The only way I have kept this 50 pounds off is because I have healed along the way.

I am working on the next layer by healing. Doing pretty good.

This does not mean I slack on other things. Oh no. I eat clean 80% of the time. What does that mean?

I eat organic for most of my fruit and veggies. Will a little research you can find the “Dirty Dozen” of the foods that need to be organic. Pesticides make me feel icky, so I don’t eat them. I also don’t eat a lot of meat or wheat. I eat Ezekiel bread. I love the way I eat. Mostly veggies. :)

I also exercise 3-4 times a week and walk my dog Monday-Friday.

So yes, I’m not perfect but I am continually moving forward.

Another hint is, I do not use a scale. Weight is not what I’m going for. I’m sure I’ve released more weight, but it doesn’t matter to me. I’m not going to let a couple pounds fluctuating discourage me.

It’s about giving my body what it needs, and becoming healthy.

I will continue to work on health on all levels until I reach the destination I desire, emotional, mental, physical, spiritual etc.

Be healthy my loves,
Dreamer Di

Challenge: Focus on loving your body instead of losing weight. Try it, you might be surprised at the results of joy, happiness and release. :)

Healing And Routine

This week I am focusing on and healing and routine.

Definition of excitement: A feeling of great enthusiasm and eagerness.
Definition of healing: Become sound or healthy again.

I love digging deep and finding what needs to change in me. The more I do this, the better I feel.

I can remember one specific experience in 3rd grade. I had a paradigm shift that shook me. This is one place I have had to go back and work on healing.

I do believe I can be healed of the fears and doubts created in that moment.

It’s amazing how one experience can shift our thinking, ay?

Have you ever done healing work?
Love Dreamer Di

Challenge: Have the courage to find what is inside you that needs to change.

Knowing When To Let Off

So I love schedules, live for routines, and sticking to them.

The great thing about routines, is you have the power to move things around. You gotta know when to let off, adjust a schedule, and enjoy a moment.

Last night I was "riding flow."

Had the most wonderful beautiful evening.

Flowing in peace and gratitude is a wonderful emotion to enjoy.

You have this problem too?

I'm realizing I need to work on relaxing.

I've been working on a good daily routine, which makes it so I'm done with work at 5. After 5 is suppose to be free time.

Now that it's "free time" I have no idea what to do with myself. I've already done everything I felt was important for the day....... Haha

Silly problem I know. I've found myself saying "I think I'll go sit out on the picnic table..." Or "I guess I could go for a walk?" Etc..

The only other idea I can think of is hanging out with friends. So I plan on implementing that. ;)

Just very interesting having so much free time? It almost boggles my mind.

Maybe ill go skinny dipping,

Do you dare to dream?

Ever felt like your dream has died? Ever had it rise again?

I've started practicing performance again. Putting my passion back up on the table. Also going "back in time," and studying myself, when I believed in my dream.

What do you think the best way is, to gain back your passion? And courage to act upon it?

When I find out, I'll tell you. All I know is, I'm trying, and moving forward.

Maybe it's trusting your heart, and giving your passion a chance, and moving towards it, like it's possible. Which is faith right?

I dare you, and myself, to dream

Warring for freedom

I came home last night, to my roommates warring in prayer, to our God, against the enemy. Anointing and dedicating our house, to the Almighty God. What an awesome thing to join in.

We've really been breaking through some crappity crap, and we're feeling good.

It's amazing to live in a house, with all roommates, on the same page, and fighting for a better life.

Speak up. Your life is worth fighting for.

You can do this,

Are you wild? Or logical?

Right now I'm working on the balance between responsibility vs. wildness, aka logic vs. risk taking.

I was born wild and a risk taker, and for the last 5 years or so, I've played it extra safe. I've learned a lot about responsibility and covering the bases.

These are learned traits, which I am so grateful for.

I'm wanting to merge the two parts, my wild nature, and my learned logic. I believe that successfully balancing the two, can make one unstoppable.

How am I going to do it? Trial and error. Meaning I'm going to make some plans (<--- logic) that are bigger then I think is possible (<--- risk) and work my plan (<---logic) as if it is possible. (<--- risk) ;)

Makes sense? Haha

I can already feel dragonflies in my stomach... :)~

Be a wise risk taker, ay?

Changing Health Habits

Sometimes I wonder if all these health habits are worth it, then I remember how good I feel.

I have been doing a lot of research on health.. Eating a lot of organic, cutting out grains and sugars as much as possible.

Not perfect, but successfully working on changing my lifestyle.

My parents purchased a water filter that alkalizes your water. So now ill be carrying a 5 gallon jug back and forth each week. :) 40 pounds of joy. Ha but it's worth it.

This has really been a journey for me. Health is becoming a favorite hobby. :) Hopefully the fruits of my labors will return wonderfully:)

I already am feeling and looking better:)

How's your health? Can you do better? It just starts with changing one habit at a time, and lots of grace with yourself :)

Health on,
Dreamer Di
