Healing And Routine

This week I am focusing on and healing and routine.

Definition of excitement: A feeling of great enthusiasm and eagerness.
Definition of healing: Become sound or healthy again.

I love digging deep and finding what needs to change in me. The more I do this, the better I feel.

I can remember one specific experience in 3rd grade. I had a paradigm shift that shook me. This is one place I have had to go back and work on healing.

I do believe I can be healed of the fears and doubts created in that moment.

It’s amazing how one experience can shift our thinking, ay?

Have you ever done healing work?

Knowing When To Let Off

So I love schedules, live for routines, and sticking to them.

The great thing about routines, is you have the power to move things around. You gotta know when to let off, adjust a schedule, and enjoy a moment.

Last night I was "riding flow."

Had the most wonderful beautiful evening.

Flowing in peace and gratitude is a wonderful emotion to enjoy.

Flow little fishy, flow

You have this problem too?

I'm realizing I need to work on relaxing.

I've been working on a good daily routine, which makes it so I'm done with work at 5. After 5 is suppose to be free time.

Now that it's "free time" I have no idea what to do with myself. I've already done everything I felt was important for the day....... Haha

Silly problem I know. I've found myself saying "I think I'll go sit out on the picnic table..." Or "I guess I could go for a walk?" Etc..

The only other idea I can think of is hanging out with friends. So I plan on implementing that. ;)

Just very interesting having so much free time? It almost boggles my mind.

Maybe ill go skinny dipping,

Do you dare to dream?

Ever felt like your dream has died? Ever had it rise again?

I've started practicing performance again. Putting my passion back up on the table. Also going "back in time," and studying myself, when I believed in my dream.

What do you think the best way is, to gain back your passion? And courage to act upon it?

When I find out, I'll tell you. All I know is, I'm trying, and moving forward.

Maybe it's trusting your heart, and giving your passion a chance, and moving towards it, like it's possible. Which is faith right?

I dare you, and myself, to dream

Warring for freedom

I came home last night, to my roommates warring in prayer, to our God, against the enemy. Anointing and dedicating our house, to the Almighty God. What an awesome thing to join in.

We've really been breaking through some crappity crap, and we're feeling good.

It's amazing to live in a house, with all roommates, on the same page, and fighting for a better life.

Are you wild? Or logical?

Right now I'm working on the balance between responsibility vs. wildness, aka logic vs. risk taking.

I was born wild and a risk taker, and for the last 5 years or so, I've played it extra safe. I've learned a lot about responsibility and covering the bases.

These are learned traits, which I am so grateful for.

I'm wanting to merge the two parts, my wild nature, and my learned logic. I believe that successfully balancing the two, can make one unstoppable.

How am I going to do it? Trial and error. Meaning I'm going to make some plans (<--- logic) that are bigger then I think is possible (<--- risk) and work my plan (<---logic) as if it is possible. (<--- risk) ;)

Makes sense? Haha

I can already feel dragonflies in my stomach... :)~

Changing Health Habits

Sometimes I wonder if all these health habits are worth it, then I remember how good I feel.

I have been doing a lot of research on health.. Eating a lot of organic, cutting out grains and sugars as much as possible.

Not perfect, but successfully working on changing my lifestyle.

My parents purchased a water filter that alkalizes your water. So now ill be carrying a 5 gallon jug back and forth each week. :) 40 pounds of joy. Ha but it's worth it.

This has really been a journey for me. Health is becoming a favorite hobby. :) Hopefully the fruits of my labors will return wonderfully:)

I already am feeling and looking better:)

The crazy things you do to go Adventuring....

So a week ago I realized I didn't have the cold hard cash, to pay for my river trip, on the 25th of June.

I am still learning how to strategically work my new job as a writer, to make sure I get paid at the right time..

I knew I had to come up with some other options.

So, I called up my old work, talked with some employees and set up to cover some of their shifts.

This long shift would give me enough money to pay for my trip.

I just worked from 6pm to 730am in the morning... A 13 and a 1/2 hour shift, a long night shift!!! Haha

No excuses right? I will go on this trip. ;)

Next Adventure: Colorado River Trip :)

I decided I'm gonna start sharing more of my life with you. Hope you enjoy reading more about my adventures and how I think. <3

So excited for more travel this summer. I just left a really good friend of mine in Vegas. Stayed with her for 3+ weeks helping her with her new baby and keeping up on the house and errands.

It is really nice to be home. As I was driving up to my big'ol city I couldn't help but feel proud. There really is something about your home base that is beautiful. :)

My next adventure is an awesome river trip with my friend Teddy. Gunna be able to pass "White Water Rafting" off my goal list. Way excited about it.

We're gonna be on the water for 4-5 days, sleeping on the bank for the river on cots, hiking, enjoying the sun and having a blast. Way stoked for this next adventure.

Im looking forward to getting a lot of nature healing time, wearing my Chacos (www.Chacos.com) all day, and enjoying my time with some wonderful friends. :)

I will update you more, as more comes.

Hope you guys have a rocking day.

Walked my dog today. So nice outside. Something about the breeze, that really uplifts.

Trust your desire

Was reading in a really good book, about a man who believed.

Had a desire, and a dream.

Taking a while to get to his destination, he still believed it would come.

Trusted in the promise.

That's a lot to learn. I realized my expectations of her were highly unrealistic due to her age and how much she has to learn and skills to perfect.

My eyes were opened that I do the same thing to myself.

Highly motivated, working, but not giving myself grace to grow.

I will continue to work on our skills with more grace and patience.

Where do you want to see results?

Did you know there is a Law of Promotion?

In other words, prospering where you're planted, to get promoted to the next step towards your desires.

I've been thinking about this lately.

What do I have to do to be promoted in different areas of my life?

Take health and beauty for instance. If I am giving the gift of health and beauty, and want to move to the next level, what must I do to be promoted to the next level...?

Make sense?

What if you thought about this for other areas? And figured out what was a waste of your time and what actually produced a positive result? Been talkin to God about this lately, he'll know..

Everything will be ok, little leaf :)

I think people are scared to dream because of the feeling I'm experiencing now.

Imagine yourself as a leaf, blowing in the wind. You've let go of the tree and are blowing beautifully in the breeze.

You've chosen to fly. You look back at the tree, almost wanting to hold it again, but you mustn't.

You're journey must continue upwards, onwards.

I'm a strong person. But it's humbling sometimes, to grow, constantly changing. The past is left behind, daily..

Tips to live your dreams.

The last four years Ive worked diligently, to make my life how I've dreamed.

I am beginning to taste the fruits of my labors.

They're pretty tasty I might add.

I am currently beginning an all summer road trip and adventure.

Why? Because is possible. :)

I am grateful. I am learning to think for myself. Without any social norms, what ifs, or "shoulds."

It's pretty fun:)

I feel like I'm defying so many ideas I once believed.

This is the happiest I've ever been.

Tips on how I live the life I'm living:
1. I live on a ridiculously structured budget.
a. Weigh between a luxury and a need.
2. When I have a desire, I find a way to make it happen.
3. I talked to God a lot. I bring all my plans to Him, and he helps and directs me.
4. Weigh my excuses/reality, with possibilities.
a. "IF I could make this happen, how would I do it?" Then I follow the plan to make it happen.
5. I professionally train my mind. I'm sure your life is awesome and exactly how you dreamed of, but if not I 'd recommend checking out Danijohnson.com.

Where do you turn when sad?

I saw a man, body battered by drugs, I couldn't help but think, could the medicine, been love?

Where do you turn when you need healing love? An addiction, something bandaid; or Heaven above?

It's there through the darkness, I've see it, it's real. That hope; we're ok guys, our deep wounds can heal.

Listen to this as you read :)

What to bring, what to bring?

What do you bring on a journey to sea? Some faith, hope and joy, sounds wise, to me.

To survive at sea, man and run this ship, knowledge complied for years...
now to publish it.

You push off the harbor, the rope, no more slack. You've made a decision, there's no turning back.

Music is important, that I shall bring. Some clothes, hats, and bedding...
comfort type things.

A journal, a pencil, a map, an old phone. Some food, games, a bible, when I feel alone.

I'll lay on this deck, in peace, watching stars. This journey, oh journey, is His...
mine and ours.

Routine to peace

Routine routine routine

I have never really enjoyed it. Too restrictive sometimes. But I have started to like it.

I have found that as I plan out my day and get the important stuff done first, I can relax and enjoy the rest of the day. :)

I also have found that mornings are so fun. I was up at 445 this morning and have accomplished so much, and it's only 745.

Love it.

I've had a couple days where I've finished everything so fast, that I've been almost uncomfortable with how much free time I have. Ha

The sacred ground I leave behind

Listen to this song as you read.
http://youtu.be/B2efLXtL5xo

Blessing the ground I am leaving behind.

Today is a really sacred day for me. When climbing your mountain towards your destiny, you will meet moments when you must leave the old behind and press forward to the new.

Old is not bad. Old can be beautiful.

I have focused on prospering where I'm planted. The moment has came where I have been given permission to move on.

The way has peacefully and graciously been opened for me.

No pushing or pulling necessary. The Lord has parted the sea for me.

I am going to research myself, find what I did or said or changed in my heart for this miracle to happen.

I am in a reverence today to bless the ground I leave behind. And the doors I am peacefully and in deep love and gratitude shutting behind me.

My heart is full. My time is precious. I am open.

I am in reverence today to bless my future ground. To bless each door that will open in front of me. I respect these doors, old and new. I respect these ground.

The fire in your soul:)

Good morning my beautiful friends.

I read a quote today, "Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going."

How true is that!!! Sometimes the fire we burned with early on can become dim and just a kindle. It takes persistence and power to keep the fire burning.

Searching for fire wood or fanning the flame takes work, hard work sometimes.

I've even had moments when only smoke was to be seen, not knowing if coals were even smoldering underneath.

Hope has dangled by a thread before. But miraculously, through determination and continuing good habits, the flame rekindles and we keep moving.

I hope you find what your fire needs, to ignite the flame of passion in your dreams and keep it burning.

I think I might write a song about this...

Next step in Health

There's something I take pride in about myself.

I've never been scared to dig deep inside, and find things that need to change.

I am facing what's false, instead of trying to fill the holes with some form of addiction.

Yeah, its a holistic approach, doing personal assessments, taking responsibility for what you find and doing something about it.

But, I seem to have caught myself in a little hole. Nothing I can't get out of, of course.

I strangely enough actually enjoy challenges. For I gain strength in overcoming them. Makes life interesting, don't you think?

It'll be nice to get out of this hole though. I think I will start by changing my perception. Maybe dig a tunnel or something. ;)

But really though, I've tried a couple different things. Temporary relief, but I can feel there is more. Ill let you know what I find.

Scared to let go of your past?

I think I realized a key last night.

Why have I been struggling so hard to progress?

I've been scared to let go of my past. I think somewhere in my life I had learned the false belief that it wasn't safe to change, leave the past etc.

Ever thought about that? Are you scared to let go of what you have and are now? Unknown a little scary to face?

So I am searching how I can combat this.

This is what came in my moment of realization:
It is safe for me to let go of the past.
I am safe moving forward
I am safe in letting go of who I used to be

I am working on having these replace my old mindsets.

Continue the Race

Do you ever wonder why you have to experience certain things?

We've all been through tough patches in our lives. Times we could have made a better decision, took a different road or avoided some detours.

The question is, was there purpose in these experiences?

When I take a step back, I can piece together reasons why I have lived the life I've lived.

Experiences that make me stronger, gain determination and understanding more then the average person, who have never been in those situation etc. I am grateful for this.

But man, the process of turning a past hardship into a strength takes some serious work.

I feel I am in the middle of a Race. The finish line can sometimes be hard to see. But I will keep taking steps, for I trust the victory will be sweet and worth it.

I hope that you search for your own healing. God has really helped me here. Maybe you could talk to him about it.

Washing my brain:)

I had some break throughs this weekend.

I am going to experiment with something for the next couple weeks. Brain washing...

Yeah, that's right. Brain washing. Going to focus my attention and time to positive information.

For I found that my own fears and beliefs are cycling around my head and not benefiting me, but actually making me stagnant. (ewwww)

Solution: Fill my mind with different ideas. Not giving time for my negative thoughts to manifest.

What I'm doing:
-Studying DaniJohnson.com and her training. Which has really helped me find truth and possibilities.
-Studying good positive faith/action producing books
- Up my spiritual training and relationship with my friend God.
- Get enough sleep to have strength to accomplish my daily schedules and goals
- Reciting positive affirmations when negative try's to come it

And a couple more that's some of the run down.

How would it be if I didn't let fear in, and believed everything was for my good and I could do anything I put my mind to. Pretty darn good I can imagine.

We'll see how this goes.

What do you do to remain positive and moving?

Relief from pain

It feels kinda good to write you guys again. :)

This blog might get a little personal. Bare with me. Gentlemen, this might not be your fave in the beginning, but I swear there's a point.. :)

Menstral cycles, they happen, we're women. I'm really lucky mine are so mild compared to other ladies.

I only have cramps and symptoms one day a cycle, today was that day. I tried stretching, drinking water, midol, Tylenol, and even resorted to a Vicodin. Nothing helped.

I also had to work a 13 hour shift, where I do physical labor. Yeah...

About 4pm, I realized that the pain was finally gone. I sighed (out loud) with relief. I was sooo relieved and grateful I wasn't feeling pain anymore.

yada yada, so the point...

Sometimes life is hard, painful. Sometimes we don't understand why things have to hurt so bad. But I realized today, that the pain we feel only expands our ability to appreciate when we feel relief from the pain.

So if you are in pain, emotionally, mentally, physically etc. Don't give up. Relief is on it's way.

When you might say? My answer and Idea: Why don't you look for areas of relief in your life already? You might be surprised what forms of relief you'll find that already exist. Then as you learn to see it, appreciate it and hold on to those moments, you will begin to experience more peace and relief. I am experimenting with this right now.

You are one serious monkey....

Hey guys,

I know it has been a while since I have written you. Sorry about that, life sometimes gets busy.

I'm wondering if you ever feel the same way? Do you ever get too serious in life? Then get stuck there?

I understand there is a time and place to be looking at logistics and trying to cover the bases, cause lets be honest, if you don't look at it, it wont get done.

I feel like I am always in need and want of joy. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I work really hard to be happy. To be real, I experience joy from time to time, and I would say that over all I am a happy person. I work for what I want, surrounded by good people, eating well, accomplishing daily tasks and doing a good job where I'm at. But there is still something missing.

I am jus trying to figure out if I'm just being a pansy and need to get over it or if this is a world wide thing that is happening.

How do you feel?

Love Diana

My first Music video!! :)

I don't know if I have shared this music video?! The more I write music, I realize I haven't came to any specific genre I'd like to be labeled as.. You have people like Taylor swift, Bon jovi, Justin Beiber, Brittany Spears and many more. Did they pick a genre before they started creating music? or did it grow with them?

Become friends with me on Facebook!! I'd LOVE to connect with you! https://www.facebook.com/diana.flammer?ref=tn_tnmn

Mosquito Lesson

Howdy,
I just had a cool experience. I was bit by a mosquito 15 mins ago. Suddenly, It flew right in front of my face, so I reacted with speed and smashed it, the second I saw it. This taught me a great lesson:

How fast do I react, remove, and exterminate things in my life that suck life from me? How quick do I take care of it?

I dropped everything I had in my hands and took care of the problem. Which, IF I wouldn’t have reacted, it might have bit me a few more times, creating DAYS of being uncomfortable with annoying itches!! Which was not necessary!

I knew the mosquito was there because of the bite on my leg. But I couldn’t see him yet. Once I found it, in clear view, it was mine. The End. I am going to work on this more, eliminating toxic waste. HEY! A cool healing factor from my cleanse!!! J (I’m doing the master cleanse right now.) J

Ready For Love

I have came to the point of being ready for a companion. :)

Sadly, my dog past away last week, it was really hard for sure, but I believe there was purpose there. I believe that her companionship leaving me was the last thing needed to prepare my heart for the love and companionship of a man. It has been a long process to get here, but I believe I am now ripe, ready to fully love.

I am excited to see what fruit is grown from this realization.

Peaceful Consistent Work

Do you ever want to do everything at one time?

I have found myself moving at a different pace. I don't know if I would call it slower, but it's definitely different.

I have finally let myself loose again. I have had such a clamp on my life, that I haven't been able to flow like I have in the past. I am enjoying what I am experiencing at this time. I am happy, way happier than I was when I was pushing so much.

I have learned that you are to take your work and do your work in peaceful consistency. It's an interesting concept, for I have been an adrenaline junky for such a long time, so to sit back and chill is interesting.

I will tell you this though, I have actually been feeling excited, and emotion that I had always shot down. It is the best high I've ever experienced, and the cool part is, it's 100% natural and good for you.

I really appreciate all of you that read my blogs, watch my youtube videos and support me. You guys are wonderful and I love you.

Love,
Dreamer Di

Joy man, Freakin Joy.

I love to write, problem solve and dissect my finances to really loud music.
I don't know if Dubstep is yo thang:

I woke up this morning and leaped out of bed. I had never felt that happy in the first seconds of awakeness. I danced for a good half hour yesterday, so I assumed it was endorphins. As the day went on, I realized I had felt this same feeling many times before.

WHAT IS IT!!!?? You might ask? Joy. I am feeling large lovely tasty feelings of joy.

I have went through some pretty crazy crap and have had some hard times, yet more times then not, I have been optimistic, I have been positive. But I questioned why I was so happy? What a silly thing to question ay?

I figured out what it was today. I have been given the gift of Joy. I am a strong believer in sharing the gifts and talents we've each been given. I realize I was given this gift to share with the world.

So I'm going to have to admit guys...... I just have to do it!!!!!

I'M A STINKIN HAPPY PERSON!!!!!!!

I love life and I love and appreciate everything around me. It is absolutely beautiful and I am grateful for this world!

What makes you happy?
What gifts do you have to share

My key to happiness: Being grateful for everything I have and living my life according to the truth of who I am.

Thank you so much for your friendship and love, you guys are great!
Love

Seriously insane!

Ohhhh MANNNN! Talk about dropping off the face of the earth ay?

I kinda disappeared for a while, but I think I'm ready to come back out again. haha IT"S ON. :)

I am getting a taste of my dreams again. Starting to pick up momentum again and making progress. Here are some results:
- I have released about 42 pounds, YAY body!! :)
- My health lifestyle has completely changed. Healthy food is my favorite food, not a mouthful of healthy food.
- As I am learning to love my body, which helps me make better decisions for it.
- I am laughing A LOT more.
- I am more stable financially then I ever have been
- In the last year and a half I have cleansed my area and have reduced my "stuff" around me by 90%.
- I make my bed every day. I know that seems so little! But dude! It's amazing how much of a difference it makes for your room!
- My things are organized and everything I own has a purpose.
- My relationships with my friends and family are becoming deeper and I am growing more in love with who they are, just as they are. I love you guys! :)

A couple things I'm actively working on:
- Getting 7.5- 8 hours a night

I am starting to feel the fire again, or at least dabble with it. ;) oh, how I love being a piro.

I hope you are loving your life and having a whole BUNCH of fun.

I dare you to find and feel your fire,
Dreamer Di

Words of the day: Fire breathing dragon

Challenge: Do something highly embarrassing, just so you can laugh about it hysterically later.
Ideas:
- Moon someone who would never expected it, just to see their facial reaction.
- Pretend to cry hysterically on the floor of your local grocery store, then run out to your car.
- Send a random text to 20 random people, like "Hey would you like me to make you pudding for school tomorrow?" The reactions are HILARIOUS, trust me!! ha especially to people you rarely talk to. ha

Results of Change

Each day of being home, I realize how much I have changed. My interests are different, motives and ideas, changed. I'm starting to see how my trip has benefited me. I am now imbedded with new ideas and realities. I really like the results.

I feel like I'm more in line with my ultimate direction than ever before. I love the new things I am focusing on and the foundation I am building.

One thing I'm tapping into from the trip is:  I had caged myself, more than anything or anyone I faught against, for my freedom. What does freedom mean to you?

Everything I have learned is for my good and I am a stronger person today because of it.

Let the Wild Side Fly

I am finding that I have cared what people thought, way more then I thought I did. I am finding hidden ways that I have cared.

I am very observant. Being able to feel the energy in the room and then adapting myself to my surroundings. this is a positive quality, but I have been out of balance. I have worked so hard at not offending people, that I have not been my full witty self, and have suppressed some of the best parts of me.

I have put my wild side away for the past 4 years, because I didn't want to offended a stand by person or come off as "irresponsible, rowdy, uncontrollable etc.". So I had stopped pulling little pranks on my friends and family, stopped my dramatic reenactments, loud shouts of joy, outbursts of laughter and excitement, and a lot of things that made me, me. I realize that I only have to care what God thinks, and be in harmony with His plan for my life and be me!

I have just recently started to let this grow again.

Here is an example: Rosa(bff0, Natalee(Sister) and I floated the river in my boat for the first time this summer on May 5th. I have a couple inflatable row boats, compactable, so they can fit in the trunk of my Civic. Rosa decided she wanted to stand up in the boat. I challenged her to see how long she could stand, she accepted the challenge and held her stance. I then decided to kick her little hinny with my leg and sent her flinging forward, face first into the water. It was the funniest thing I had seen in a long time!!!

All three of us, including Rosa, and others around us, laughed HYSTERICALLY as Rosa, coughing up river water, pulled herself back into seated position. Moments like this make memories, right? haha

Oh and don't you worry, Rosa gets me back, which I like. She just scared the crap out of me a couple mins ago, and sending pure adrenaline streaming through my entire body. Moments like this remind you you're alive. Plus... it gives me an opportunity to retaliate. ;)

Let the fun and games begin again. ;) I forgot how much I love peoples reactions when something is out of the ordinary!

Challenge: Do something really dramatic today that makes someone, or a group of people laugh hysterically! Ex: Pretend to be Richard Simmons, and do a dance in the middle of Walmart. Full with facial expression, "I'm sexy and I know it", and attitude!!! Seriously! Wouldn't that be hilarious! ha Hope I hear about some of these funny moments!

Words of the day: Blue Cheese (Which by the way, I tried the most disgusting blue cheese in Ireland, the deli man, who offered for me to try it, laughed hysterically at my facial expression. I love that I could be a good story for him and his family later.. haha)

I wub you you wubbery people,
Dreamer Di

Did she really tickle him?!

I have decided to get up off the ground. I am back in the swing of things. I listened to a recording with my family, about how our thoughts create our reality. I decided I was going to dig up some of my old habits and start working on my mind.

I have created a list of somethings I recite to myself each morning, made a health plan and priority list. This helps keep me balanced.I work best when I have something to work towards, and when I came home the last thing I wanted to do was work on anything! But yet again, the work is never over, and to be honest, I love to work. I just needed a break for a min.

This next season of my life is dedicated to fun and enjoying what I have. For in London I realized that I need to work on feeling more satisfied with what I accomplish and do. I am excited to have some fun and let my creative wild side run free for a while. For me, that could mean an entire day in nature, floating the river in my boat, writing music, chillin with the Lord, acting out experiences, not doing my hair, talking to myself, singing and dancing. How do you like to have fun?

Challenge: I dare you to have a blast today. ;)
Word of the day: Happiness

I love you,
Dreamer Di

I think you're beautiful. :)

Change and what we willing to sacrifice for it?

The fire burnt hot, but the experience was one to remember. I can almost see steam coming from my body, processing everything that I experienced. The stretch spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically was more than I ever expected.

Before I left on my trip across Europe I decided that I really wanted to dedicate this trip to changing/refining my mindsets, to truth. It would be the perfect set up, being removed from every comfort zone and away from every familiar influence of thought. Stepping completely into the Lords learning zone. Just me, Him, and my mindsets, true or false. I decided to jump for it.

I did not know what to expect, for I had never completely jumped like that before, into the complete unknown. This trip was more than leisure, it was more than seeing the world, I was looking for change.

Have you ever wanted something so bad you were willing to do anything to get there? This was the point I was at when I finally left February 29th, 2012, got on the plane for my first flight to Chicago, which then left to London.

As I sat there, alone, in the Phoenix airport, ready to board the plane to Chicago, my fears started to arise. My strongest emotion was "What the hell am I doing?" as I looked around at so many people around me, realizing that I was now completely on my own. I was seriously tempted to turn around and go home.

I cried more in the first two weeks of the trip than I ever had in my life. Serious moments of stretching and pain. I have never prayed so much in my life. There were so many beautiful moments during the trip, I just never expected to be that hard.

I'm pretty sure, this decision and adventure has taught me more than  any one experience I have ever had. It has definitely changed me.

I will soon be up off the floor, wipe off the dust and continue on. But as for now, I must take a moment to breathe.

-Dreamer Di

I will write more of what I learned tomorrow.

Hard knocks of Traveling

Well, my trip was a success. I went to Europe without a plan, learned a bunch of stuff, had my priorities straightened out, found what was beautiful in my life already and am pumped and motivated to continue to live more of my dreams.

Along with the life lessons I learned on this trip, there were such moments of joy and victory. I am so happy I was able to go see the countries I did, meet the people I met, and live wildly for a couple months. I am currently now at home and it is amazing to see my own transformation. I am slowly beginning to see what has changed and how I am different.

I went on this trip to grow. I knew this was going to be hard, but I had no idea HOW hard it would be. There were moments when I wanted to throw in the towel and everything I have worked for. Moments when I cried harder than I ever had, out of pain, stretching and refinement. Moments when I wanted to quit and sell out. But I didn't, I stuck it through right til the end.

See not having a plan, I obviously didn't know what to plan for exactly. Including finances, so the money I had saved was used quickly for expenses I never knew existed. For part of the reason I am home is the money ran out, and as of yesterday on my 'return to the states date' I had $1.37 in my account. hahaha crazy ay? nothing like traveling Europe til you run out of money!! But now I have learned, what to do, what not to do. I learned through the hard knocks, not from a book. I learned the cold hard truth of reality on this trip and how to be COMPLETELY self reliant, more than I ever had. I had thought I did pretty well before but now I know how to prepare even more.

I felt things I have never felt before, stretched in areas that have always been so comfortable. I will tell you honestly, this trip was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but it was one of the best things I could have done. I learned more than I ever could have at a desk, in a book or anywhere else. Experiencing it myself brought so much wholeness and understanding.

I will go back, I will go explore the beautiful places I saw, and many more. I will continue my goal of being a world traveler and enjoying each moment, I just know, I will do it a lot differently, next time.

I dare you to be real,
Dreamer Di

Word of the day: Woah

Challenge: Push through the hard times, for you come out on the other side stronger and better than you ever were before. Dare to dream, even if it means going through hell and fire to reach the end. I promise it's worth it. I will explain more when more of the steam rolls of and my clothes aren't on fire anymore. ;) You'll do fine, just keep pressing through.
